Before the days of Viacom, MTV, FCUK, there were fresh new kulturs starting everywhere. Each kultur owned by a area, sometimes even in a street or club near you. The small revenues from these gatherings provided both a space for participants to play in and for those that wish, an opportunity to live and work within in that community.
